Ryan Bonaminio Parkrun

Ryan Bonaminio parkrun is a free, weekly 5K walk/run that takes place every Saturday morning at Ryan Bonaminio Park. All fitness levels welcome! Parkrun is timed, allowing participants to track their progress, but it is not a race. Additionally, a special volunteer called the Tail Walker makes sure no one finishes last. Registration is not required to participate but allows a walker/runner to track their attendance and personal statistics.
