- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.

Cashier
They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, as well as monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area. They proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities. They follow all policies and procedures to ensure that shrink is minimized. A Head Cashier will position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in the supervision, coaching and training of other Front-End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and utilizing all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers.

- Deliver fun, engaging and interactive instructional sessions
- Facilitate lesson plans and curriculum materials based on the needs of the learners
- Utilize a variety of techniques to accommodate different learning styles
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and other relevant information
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional program

As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers,
accountable, curious, flexible and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers
and drive sales through multiple channels. In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a
variety of colleges, universities and areas of study. Some highlights of our internship program include:

- Twelve-week program: May 19 - August 8, 2025
- Full-time opportunity: 8am - 5pm CT
- Summer Hours: Work ends on Fridays at 1pm CT
